JiNa-LivingPositively, celebrated Children’s Day with NGO kids
“When you are happy and you know what it is like to be as a child. Enjoy to the fullest like there is no tomorrow. Happy, Fun and wild!” Happy Children’s Day
On November 14 every year, India celebrates Children’s Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of our beloved Jawaharlal Nehru, who was fond of children, the first Prime Minister of India. Earlier, Children’s Day was celebrated on November 20, much like it is in most countries, as it is the Universal Children’s Day declared by the United Nations.
On the occasion of Children’s Day this year, JiNa-LivingPositively decided to celebrate the day with the Children of an NGO. The program included Fun Quiz, Story Telling session, Balloon bursting fun and learning activity, guided meditation session, discussion on how to set and achieve goals in life.
Mrs. Kavita Yadav Founder, Director and Parenting Expert at JiNa-LivingPositively says, “NGOs in today’s times are doing extremely great work for the improvement of communities and development of society for underprivileged people and orphan, abandoned children. When I heard about this NGO which is specifically working for orphanage girls, I as a mother of two daughters and a woman myself got overwhelmed and decided to meet and be with these girls. It was highly satisfying and fruitful spending time with these girls who are so full of life, have dreams in their eyes and goals in their minds. My heartfelt wishes that they achieve what they aspire.”
The Session was helpful for the children as they had a beautiful smile and hope in their eyes that they are not alone and their dreams can be fulfilled with hard work.
