Bank of Baroda, India’s International Bank, has successfully integrated its bob World Merchant Gateway, the Bank’s internet payment gateway solution, with the Statue of Unity online ticketing platform, enabling visitors to enjoy a seamless, secure and convenient digital payment experience while booking tickets. The integration marks a significant milestone in enhancing digital payment infrastructure for one of India’s most iconic tourist destinations.
With this partnership, visitors booking tickets online can make payments through Bank of Baroda’s robust and secure payment gateway, ensuring faster transaction processing, enhanced security and a smooth user experience.
For Bank of Baroda, the integration represents a prestigious association with a landmark of national importance and reinforces the Bank’s commitment to supporting digital India initiatives. It also strengthens the Bank’s presence in government-linked digital collections and public-facing payment solutions through its advanced payment gateway capabilities.
The integration was formally marked at an event attended by senior officials from the Statue of Unity administration and Bank of Baroda. The event was graced by Shri Amit Arora, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Statue of Unity, Shri Gopal Bamaniya, Additional Collector, Shri Narayan Madhu, Additional Collector, and CA Raj Garg, Finance & Accounts Officer.
