CRED adds multibill payment and autopay to simplify credit card bill payments

CRED has introduced two new ways to enable members to pay their credit card bills on time: multibill payment and autopay. Members can now choose to pay multiple credit card bills in one frictionless payment flow, or automate payments for credit card bills across issuing banks in one place on CRED.
More than 70% of CRED members use more than one credit card to optimise rewards, manage spends, and maintain strong credit profiles. This creates administrative overhead of tracking multiple due dates, switching across platforms, and making multiple transactions in the attempt to stay on top of their card bills.
Multiple credit card bill payments into one flow
Credit card bill due dates typically cluster around a short window; instead of living with the persistent anxiety of unpaid bills, members can pay all of them (or as many as they like) at a time. On CRED, members can now select all the bills whose statements have been generated and pay at one go, in a single transaction.
Automated credit card bill payments across issuers
For members who don’t want to manually pay each bill individually, they can set a specific date every month for their bill amount (up to ₹2 lakh) to be automatically paid from their preferred bank account. CRED will notify them when a bill is generated, before the payment is processed, and after it’s completed, ensuring full visibility and peace of mind. Members can also easily pause or stop auto-pay on the CRED app.
By reducing friction at scale, CRED enables more consistent repayment behaviour without added overhead. This also lowers the perceived complexity of managing multiple cards, making it easier for members to expand their credit portfolios without increasing effort.
