MetLife Appoints Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer, MetLife Global Capability Center
MetLife announced the appointment of Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC). In this role, Dimple will lead the people strategy for MGCC with a focus on strengthening talent, organizational capabilities and employee experience as the MGCC continues to evolve as a strategic partner to MetLife globally.

Dimple brings over 25 years of experience in HR and organizational transformation, with expertise spanning talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development and employee experience. She joins MetLife from HSBC, where she held senior HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of Human Resources for Global Capability Network & HSBC Technology Centers.
Dimple holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and completed the CHRO Program from Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Since its establishment in 2007, MGCC has expanded from a shared services operations center in Noida and Jaipur to a strategic enterprise capability center with a presence across four locations in India. The addition of technology hubs in Hyderabad and Pune last year broadened its scope beyond shared services and operations to include integrated technology capabilities. Today, teams across MGCC deliver end-to-end services and solutions spanning operations, finance, technology, data and AI helping drive innovation, transformation and stronger outcomes for MetLife and its customers globally.
