Getting the right kind of talent is a great challenge for startups. The government’s special focus on Skilling India will address this problem to a great extent. It’s great that the government has offered a tax holiday for startups for three years, which will create a more conducive business operating environment for us to grow and thrive. I really wish there were more follow up items in the Budget as a lead up from the Startup India plan. The government has also taken steps to amend Companies Act for ease of doing business and reducing red-tapism, which is a welcome relief.
