foodpanda announces Panda Preferred Partner Program to recognise partner restaurants

foodpanda announced the launch of Panda Preferred Partner (PPP) Program that is exclusively designed to reward and recognize restaurants providing exemplary online food delivery experience to their customers. The Program aims to reward restaurants basis operational metrics (quarterly) that directly impact customer satisfaction.

The PPP Program can be availed by any partner restaurant at no additional cost. The program has been launched with the objective of rewarding top restaurants who excel on the following parameters:

  • Best-in-class operational metrics driving superior Customer satisfaction
  • Great business performance
  • And outstanding customer reviews

Under the program, all foodpanda partner outlets are classified into 3 tiers – Blue (default), Gold (good performance) and Platinum (outstanding performance). Partner shall be motivated to compete for platinum slot and will strive to fall in the Platinum and Gold category in the Preferred Partner list. In due time, an outlet would be able to progress from Blue to Gold and Platinum provided that the qualifying criteria is met for a quarter.

Commenting on the new initiative, Saurabh Kochhar, CEO (India), Chief Business Officer (Global), foodpanda India says, “With Panda Preferred Partner initiative, we aim at promoting healthy competition amongst our partners. We immensely value our relationship with our partners and this program is aimed at validating and acknowledging the hard work that the partners put in sharing a common vision with the company and we feel that this initiative would enable us to acknowledge the association in a better way.”

The Panda Preferred Partner Program would enable the partner restaurants to grow their orders, offer their customers great delivery experiences and also engage with foodpanda closely through dedicated account desk, quicker issue resolution and personal calls at any time of the day. The partners would be recognised with a certificate of excellence at their outlet and would also be featured in the monthly newsletter.
