LG 8thEdition of the ‘Mallika-E-Kitchen Cooking Contest’ to be organized in 65 cities in India with 8000 participants
LG Electronics India has announced the eight edition of ‘Mallika-E-Kitchen Cooking Contest’ Commenced on May 10th 2019, India’s biggest amateur chefs’ cooking competition targets around 8000 participants across 65 cities. The aim of competition is to educate the Indian homemakers on the importance of healthy food and offer a unique opportunity to exhibit their talent.
LG Mallika-E-Kitchen Cooking Contest, an annual property that began in 2009 as part of a series of sub-activities initiated towards educating the consumers about the benefits of microwave oven cooking, provides an opportunity for women of the country to showcase their culinary skills at a national level.
Mallika-E-Kitchen is a three-stage cooking contest organized nationwide over a period of three months, targeting women of 18 years of age and above. In the local round the participants will be required to bring pre-cooked microwave dishes along with the written recipes. The winning recipes will win a LG Solo Microwave Oven and also be qualified for the Zonal round beginning from July 15th, 2019. A total of three winners will be selected from each Zonal Level round and given the entry ticket for the grand finale along with a trophy. In the grand finale on August 10th, 2019, a total of 12 zonal winners will compete against each other for the title.
