Timex India takes a step towards helping the nation during COVID-19 by supporting the United First Initiative

In light of the current situation, Timex India has joined hands with the United First Initiative, taking a step towards helping the country and its people. The overall initiative is aimed at working towards sustainable development goals and is currently working towards helping the situation of the country during these testing times. Supported by youth activist and founder of United First, Mr. Sajan Shah, the initiative is presenting a panel of motivational speakers, counsellors and psychologists who will address the concerns that people may have and empower them with immense positivity while going through the current state of lockdown. Working with Sustainable Development Goals in association with Live to Inspire and Sanjay Ghodawat Foundation, United First Initiative aims to uplift humanity during these trying times.

Commenting on the partnership for the initiative, Mr. Sajan Shah said, “Do your deeds for the one who is in need”. That’s the motto through which I have led my life as a motivational speaker since the past 11 years. Serving the nation during COVID 19 is our duty and I urge all my friends, supportive organizations and leaders across the globe to start one small movement in your house/society and make people aware about what the nation is facing and how the government is contributing. Perform your role by staying in home and India will be free very soon.

Adding further, Mr Ajay Dhyani, Head Marketing at Timex Group India said, “We are honoured to be associated with the United First Initiatives aimed at supporting mental health in the current scenario. Timex’s trusted distributor Manav Shah from Padmavati Trading Company has played a crucial role in formalizing this association. It is imperative to address these challenges that people might be facing currently due to the lockdown. We are positive that the initiative will be well received and will surely help everyone get through these tough times.”

The unprecedented lockdown has brought forth behavioural changes with everyone accepting the isolation for their own wellbeing. As the pandemic has compelled everyone to stay indoors, some might not be able to adjust very well to this. Hence, this step towards helping those facing symptoms of depressions and stress is ideal for the current scenario. The initiative urges people to come forth and boost themselves with a dose of positivity by experts. It is working tirelessly and proactively to support the nation.
