Flipkart, India’s largest e-commerce company and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), India’s leading SUV manufacturer, have received an overwhelming response both Online and Offline for the new KUV100 post its launch on Flipkart last month. Responding to increased customer demand, Flipkart and Mahindra have partnered to ensure that online bookings are fulfilled as per the promised delivery date on Flipkart.
Flipkart launched automobiles as a category in January 2016 with a vision to transform the automobile buying landscape in India and also offers a wide selection of automotive accessories in its endeavor to become India’s leading destination for all automotive needs. The association with Mahindra, in which Flipkart ensured adherence to more demanding service level agreements (SLA), is another step in that direction.

Mahindra recorded over 21000 bookings within a months’ time of its launch both on Flipkart and offline. Interestingly, 45% percent of the bookings on Flipkart came from top 5 cities which reiterate Flipkart’s stronghold in top e-commerce geographies in India.
