Welspun One Inks 15,232 Sq. Ft. at WTC Thane with Novel Jewels Limited
World Trade Center Thane by Welspun One has signed-up Novel Jewels Limited (NJL) an Aditya Birla Group company for approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of space within its Grade-A Urban Distribution Centre (UDC). The space will support vault enabled – storage, distribution operations for the company. The transaction reflects the growing preference among businesses handling high-value inventory for institutional-grade, compliant infrastructure that combines security, operational continuity, scalability and proximity to consumption centres within a single ecosystem.
Developed by Welspun One, World Trade Center Thane is India’s first mixed-use ecosystem integrating urban distribution, commerce, workplaces and experience-led business infrastructure under one address. Strategically located in Wagle Estate, one of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s most established commercial hubs, the development has been designed to support future-ready supply chains requiring secure, scalable and institutional-grade infrastructure.
Novel Jewels will operate from WTC Thane to access key consumption markets across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The development incorporates advanced security systems, business continuity infrastructure, life-safety measures and operational features designed to support categories where inventory protection and resilience are critical. The facility also envisages using the multi-level ramp which allows 20 feet trucks to access docks from level 1 to 5, for seamless inbound and outbound activities.
