SPEAKING AT THE WORKSHOP, DR ROHIT BALUJA, PRESIDENT IRTE AND DIRECTOR OF THE COLLEGE OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SAID, a?The Rules of the Road Regulations form the very basis of discipline, safety and efficiency of road usage.
