NIIT University Partners with ServiceNow to Advance Industry-Aligned Learning in AI and Advanced Computing
NIIT University (NU) has entered into an academic partnership with ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, as part of the ServiceNow University Academic Partnerships Program, a global and centralized learning and development framework that shifts the focal point to focus on developing future-ready capabilities.
Through this collaboration, NU will integrate ServiceNow’s industry-recognized learning pathways into its B.Tech programmes, including Computer Science & Engineering, AI & Data Science, and Cyber Security. The partnership aims to equip students with in-demand skills in cloud platform development, digital transformation, enterprise workflows, and emerging AI technologies.
As part of curriculum integration strategy, students will have access to structured learning pathways focused on Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) of ServiceNow career journey.
A key focus of the collaboration is strengthening learning in advanced computing and artificial intelligence. The curriculum also includes an introduction to Agentic AI, enabling students to understand how AI agents can plan, reason, and automate complex enterprise workflows.
