IIM Nagpur Opens Applications for Blended MBA Programme for Working Professionals in Collaboration with Jaro Education

Following the successful launch of the first cohort of its Blended MBA Programme, the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur has opened applications for the second cohort of the programme for working professionals, delivered in collaboration with Jaro Education. Designed for mid- and senior-level professionals, the two-year programme enables participants to strengthen managerial, strategic, and leadership capabilities while continuing their full-time careers.

As industries continue adapting to digital transformation, evolving business models, and changing workplace demands, working professionals are increasingly seeking flexible executive education programmes that allow them to strengthen leadership and strategic capabilities without pausing their careers.  Organisations today seek professionals who can think strategically, lead cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions, driving demand for flexible, high-quality management education. Amid this growing demand, the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur) has announced the second cohort of its Blended MBA Programme for Working Professionals, delivered in collaboration with Jaro Education. Designed for mid- and senior-level professionals, the programme aims to help participants strengthen managerial and leadership capabilities while continuing full-time careers.

The inaugural cohort witnessed participation from professionals across industries, including information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas, edtech, finance, consulting, aerospace, and banking, among others. The batch also reflected a diverse professional mix with participants ranging from 2 to 20 years of work experience and representation from multiple states, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi, Telangana, Bihar, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu. Professionals from engineering, management, commerce, healthcare, and technology backgrounds formed part of the cohort, highlighting the growing demand for flexible executive education across sectors.

Programme Details and Timeline

The two-year MBA programme combines live online sessions with four campus immersion modules at IIM Nagpur, enabling professionals to balance academic learning alongside ongoing professional responsibilities

Applications for Round 1 close on July 12, 2026, followed by the selection process and results later in July. Round 2 admissions will begin in July and conclude on August 31, with the selection process scheduled through September, while Round 3 applications will commence in September and continue through October 2026.

The blended format enables participants to immediately apply classroom learning within the  workplace environment, creating direct impact on performance, decision-making and business outcomes.”

Eligibility and Fee

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a minimum of three years of work experience. The application fee is INR 2,500, and the total programme fee is INR 12,10,000.
